The TCR50-2 crawler dumper is a versatile, well-balanced dump carrier with an operating weight of 14,440 lbs and a powerful 118-horsepower engine.

This machine excels in a wide range of applications, offering a 65-degree dumping angle and a maximum loading capacity of 8,157 lbs. The TCR50-2 can carry up to 2.7 cu yds of material and dump it in a single cycle, thanks to its ability to rotate the dump bed 180 degrees, minimizing the need for constant repositioning and reducing wear on its durable rubber tracks.

The operator’s station is designed for maximum comfort and efficiency, featuring an intuitive 5.7” multi-information color display, a standard 180° rearview camera, hydraulic joystick controls, an adjustable suspension seat, powerful air conditioning, a radio with USB support, and a large cup holder. Hydraulic pilot controls ensure smooth operation for both travel and dumping functions, while the foot throttle allows for efficient engine speed adjustment. Maintenance is made easy with wide-opening covers that provide excellent access to the engine and inspection points.

FUNCTION AND EFFCIENCY

• The dump bed will rotate 90 degrees to both left and right sides making it extremely versatile when operating on job sites with limited space requirements.
• Dual dump cylinders and oversized ring gear provide the power to handle even the heaviest of loads.
• Moving across mixed terrain is made easy with the TCR50-2 with it’s ground clearance of 17″ and gradability of up to 30 degrees.
• At the center of the TCR50-2 is a purpose built, fully welded one-piece boxed frame design with corner gussets that provides superior strength and rigidity.

• All steel construction ensures body integrity through greater strength and rigidity provides exceptional protection.
• Rides on a bogie style undercarriage featuring double flange track rollers for outstanding ride quality that makes the TCR50-2 less susceptible to de-tracking.
• All rollers are permanently sealed and have metal face seals to prohibit damage from dirt and other contaminants.

OPERATOR FOCUSED

• A large side entry door, roll up front window, and sliding side windows allow work to be performed with the cabin open or closed.
• The interior features intuitive set rocker switches, a 5.7″ color monitor to view machine vitals, rear-view camara display, and two-speed travel with foot throttle.
• Pilot controls are low effort and precise, reducing operator fatigue while increasing productivity.

VISIBILITY – LED LIGHTING

• The all-steel removable brush guard provides exceptional protection for both the front of the machine and it’s LED lighting package.
• Standard LED lighting provides exceptional visibility in low light conditions.
• Rearview camera is standard equipment on the TCR50-2 allowing the operator to see behind the dump bed in any position throughout the rotation cycle.

EASE OF MAINTENANCE

• Ground level access includes fuel water separator, dual element air cleaner, fuel filter, fuel fill, DEF fill, and battery.
• Top side access includes oil fill and dip stick, DPF and SCR, cooling module, cooling fan, and engine.
• Additionally, large removable belly pans allow for clean out and access to the bottom side of the engine.
